We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Head of Product Management & Procurement to lead product management, procurement, supply chain, and inventory strategy within a growing international organization. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for optimizing product availability, supplier performance, forecasting, inventory levels, and commercial results while leading the Product Management team and contributing to the company’s overall growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead international procurement and supplier management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Drive inventory planning, forecasting, and supply chain performance.
- Ensure product availability, quality standards, and cost optimization.
- Manage and develop the Product Management team.
- Oversee product portfolio strategy, pricing, and positioning.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, and scalability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support business growth and strategic objectives.
- You live around Ter Apel.
- You have a valid working permit.
- You have your own transport to the office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level of thinking and working.
- 3–5+ years of leadership experience.
- Strong background in procurement and supplier management.
- Experience with forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Available 36–40 hours per week.
Preferred
- Experience in an international, multi‑channel environment.
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems.
- Experience in B2B and e‑commerce businesses.
- Affinity with the agricultural sector.
