Whether supporting new product introductions, resolving production issues, or optimizing system architectures, your expertise will have a direct and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, quality, and project management.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports, recommendations, and presentations for engineering and leadership stakeholders.
- Support audits, compliance activities, and process improvements—especially in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485, IEC 60601).
- Mentor and guide internal engineers, sharing best practices and accelerating knowledge transfer.
- Manage own workload, deliverables, and timelines with minimal supervision—aligned with project objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems, Industrial, or related field).
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in engineering, preferably in high-tech & medical environments.

- Proficiency in relevant engineering tools (e.g., CAD, EPlan, DOORS, MATLAB, Windchill, SAP, MS Office).
- Experience with structured development methodologies (V-model, Agile, Stage-Gate) and quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA).
- Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, or equivalent problem-solving training, is highly valued.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented—able to deliver under tight timelines.
- Fluent in English; Dutch language proficiency is a plus.
